We have negotiated better rates with DHL. As a result, the DHL rates have improved a lot with rates sometimes 40% lower than before. In many cases, DHL will now be the cheapest available shipping method on our site. The new rates are available on our site from today.
Up to 40% lower DHL rates
The biggest improvements were made for DHL shipments to most European countries. Shipments with a weight up to 20kg got 40% cheaper compared to previous DHL rates. And it is 20% lower between 20 to 30kg and 16% lower for shipments over 30kg.
Another big improvement was made for DHL shipments to most countries in the Middle East. Shipments with a weight up to 10kg got 34% cheaper compared to previous DHL rates. And it is 12% lower between 10 to 30kg and 7% lower for shipments over 30kg.
For all other destinations, the DHL rates lowered with 7% in nearly all cases.

The new DHL rates are available from this moment forward.
When you make a new order you will see how much the shipping cost is on the cart page and on the checkout page. The improved DHL rates will now be showing on those pages.
If you already placed an order and that order has not yet shipped, then the new DHL rates will be available to you too. At any time you can review your order progress on the My Account page and on that same page you can also review the shipping cost. Just visit this page: www.kkami.nl/my-account/order-progress/ and there you will now be seeing the improved DHL rates. If you already had DHL selected, then the new DHL rates will automatically apply and no further action will be needed. If you had another shipping method selected, then you can choose to switch to DHL at any time (as long as the orders are still processing).
