Very disappointing experience. I paid USD 11,083.75 by bank transfer and confirmed my shopping list with them. After waiting one week, they told me the order had not been processed due to a small outstanding balance of only a few dozen dollars.
When I followed up, they said they would refund me because they claimed no order had been placed. The communication and customer service were very poor and unprofessional. I will not purchase from this platform again.
