It was my first time to deal with KKAMI.
I was beyond impressed. Customer service was really good. Ludo was exceptionally helpful in dealing with all my hesitations and inquiries.
Loving the quality of their items. I can’t wait to purchase more.
Like others, a concern is the availability of stock. Hoping there was a way for members to get notified of new drops from brands they follow. This is to ensure that us, as purchasers, are able to view items on time.
Shipping is also a concern as it might have raised costs on our end. However, I do appreciate Ludo’s help and attention pertaining to this issue. Maybe there is a better way to go about shipping.
Hoping these concerns will help Ludo and Team for the betterment of the site and company.
