First of all, the customer service of kkami is simply great. Whether it’s via email or whatsapp, the service is responsive and answers very quickly. Secondly, once all the items are ready to be sent, the delivery is very fast. However, I would have liked to have more information about the materials the clothes are made of so I would know what to expect. Other than that, I have nothing to say about this company except that it is awesome and the clothes are very nice.
